5/30 Meeting Agenda

The 2009 Annual League Meeting will occur at the Montrose School on Saturday, May 30th, 2009 at 1 PM. Coaches of MFL member chapters are invited and encouraged to attend. Each chapter has a vote on all the matters on the agenda. There'll be finger food at the meeting, and we'll likely go out afterwards for a bite to eat together.

The agenda for the meeting is attached. Because of League rules any proposed rule changes or bylaw changes must be proposed in the agenda; therefore we cannot accept further proposals for rule or bylaw changes, or create ones at the meeting. The motions in the agenda, however, may be amended at the meeting within certain bounds.

If you have any questions, please email Chris at palmer@tabroom.com.
