Minutes for Board Meeting 4/5/08

We set the date for the Annual MFL League Meeting for 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Milton Academy. Details about where on campus the meeting will take place will follow at a later date. Read the attached minutes for further information about what happened at this very brief meeting.

Extemp Topic Areas for States

Extemporaneous Speaking Topics will cover the areas of international, national, and economics. The final round will be about Massachusetts news and politics. All topics will be derived from current editions of political and news magazines, as well as newspapers.

Attached, Please find the qualification list through Mardi Gras. If you see any omissions, please email Paul Wexler with the specific tournaments you feel bids were earned. There are currently 24 fully qualified and 17 half-qualified students. Remember that legislation for States is due by Saturday the 29th via email to Paul Wexler.
